What it does

Fit a kitchen layout along one wall of a closed room: the run is sized to the wall’s clear length as the editor’s Kitchen tool does. Layouts from list_presets kitchen (Single Wall, Galley, L-Shape, L-Shape with Island, Island, Peninsula, U-Shape, Galley with Tall Bank). The room is named (name_rooms) or given by a point inside it, scene metres; the wall by side (north is up the plan, toward minus z) or by its index in the room outline.

A write. It saves one revision of the project, which appears in the open editor at once and can be undone there. Scope: **projects:write**.

Inputs

**projectId** (string, required): See the tool’s description.

**floor** (integer): Default 0.

**layout** (string, required): See the tool’s description.

**room** ({ name?: string, at?: { x: number, z: number } }, required): the room, by name or by a point inside it

**wall** (north | south | east | west | integer): Default north.

What comes back

What changed, in words and in a structured form, and the link that opens the project in the editor on the right storey and view.

Tip: if the project changed in the editor between two calls, the write is refused as a conflict and the assistant opens the project again. Nothing is overwritten.

Ask for it like this

"Use place_kitchen on my project."

The assistant chooses the tool and fills its inputs from what you said; you do not name the tool or type its inputs.
