Sheets and Schedules: Drawing Sheets, Title Blocks, Room and Door Schedules

Make a sheet set from the drawing, lay views out on sheets at their scales, fill the title block, add revisions, read the room, finish, door and window and services schedules, and see the ceiling plan.

The sheet set

**Generate default sheet set** (in the Views tab, or Settings › Exports): one A3 landscape sheet for each page of the detail set, plus one for each section, elevation and room elevation, numbered S-001 onwards. Each sheet is one view at the scale that fits it.

Generating again asks first if it would throw away work you did on the sheets.

The Views tab lists the sheets: open, rename, duplicate, delete, or move one up or down to renumber it.

On a sheet

**Viewports**: drag a viewport to move it, pick its scale, take it off, or add one from the views the project has.

**Revisions**: **+ Revision** adds the next revision with the date and a note.

**Title block**: Settings › Exports holds the client, the address, the stage, drawn by, checked by and your logo, printed on every sheet.

**Export**: a sheet or the whole set as PDF, one page each (Settings › Exports › **Sheet set (PDF)**).

Schedules

The **Schedules** tab reads the drawing as it is, so it is never out of date:

**Rooms**: number, name, area, perimeter, clear height, floor and ceiling.

**Finishes**: floor, ceiling, wall and skirting quantities, room by room.

**Doors and windows**: each with its tag, size, sill, storey and room.

**Services**: runs by size, fittings and fixtures by kind.

**Boards**: each board's ways and what is on them.

Each can be downloaded as CSV for a spreadsheet.

The ceiling plan

Each storey has a reflected ceiling plan in the Views list: the ceilings looked at from below, with the ceiling grid, dropped ceilings, their heights, and the lights.

A room's ceiling tile size is set in its panel, or a plain board ceiling.
