For text, click and type. For a leader, click the point it marks, then where the note sits, then type.

  3. Set it

Select a leader to change its arrow, its side and its note.

  4. Print it

It prints with the plan or the view, and goes out in PDF, DXF and DWG.

Text questions, answered.

Do rooms label themselves?

Yes. Every room shows its name and area on the plan. Text is for anything else you want to say.

Can I annotate a section?

Yes. Text and leaders drawn in a section, elevation or detail belong to that view.
